If instant booked for a party or event without our written authorization, your reservation will not be valid and it will be automatically canceled due to a breach of house rules.Â
*The use of this property rental is limited to the number of guests booked on your itinerary. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary or agreed-upon event will be charged a penalty of $50 per person per night/day. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if you exceed the maximum number of occupants agreed upon.
